The result is a production platform with 500+ tests, a self-healing CI where Claude auto-fixes its own failures, and a software factory where AI agents take issues from ticket to merged PR. We're looking for an engineer who's equally passionate about this new way of building software and wants to help define it.

We've proven product-market fit in the German-speaking market with our text analysis platform. But that's only the beginning — we're launching a next-generation research platform that replaces traditional surveys entirely: AI-moderated voice interviews that automatically generate quantitative scores, customer segments, and ready-to-present personas. No scale questions. No manual coding. From first respondent to board-ready insights in days, not weeks.
