AI-Native Software Engineer
Our technical founder shipped hundreds of pull requests in 12 months - not by coding 16 hours a day, but by leveraging AI agents to do the heavy lifting. The result is our full platform: an engine that turns thousands of open-ended survey responses into structured insight through AI coding and an analysis chat, plus a next-generation product for AI-moderated voice interviews, automated survey creation, and live scoring, clustering, and personas. Underneath both sits a production system with thousands of tests, a self-healing CI where Claude auto-fixes its own failures, and a software factory where AI agents take issues from ticket to reviewable preview deployments. We're looking for an engineer who's equally passionate about this new way of building software and wants to help define it.

SurvAI is a complete AI platform for market research. One side turns thousands of open-ended survey responses into structured, board-ready insight and lets researchers query their data through an AI chat. The other replaces traditional surveys entirely with AI-moderated voice interviews that turn natural conversation into quantitative scores, customer segments, and ready-to-present personas - no scale questions, no manual coding. Together they take a research project from first respondent to board-ready insight in days, not weeks. We've already proven product-market fit in the German-speaking market and are now expanding across Europe.
